Reviews for Jollibee - Muntinlupa City
Review highlights
Based on 1,671 reviewsJollibee Alabang Junction continues to maintain its reputation as a longstanding fast food destination with a recently renovated, modern, and more spacious ambiance. The updated layout includes self-order kiosks and a streamlined ordering process, contributing to improved service efficiency despite consistent crowding, especially given its 24-hour operation. Customers appreciate the classic menu staples like Chickenjoy and Jolly Spaghetti, noting that food quality remains reliable, with hot and well-packaged deliveries. However, some concerns persist regarding limited parking, occasional inconsistencies in order accuracy, and cleanliness issues during peak times. The branch’s addition of features such as a rider's area, drive-thru, and takeout windows reflects ongoing efforts to enhance convenience. Overall, Jollibee Alabang Junction balances nostalgic appeal with contemporary upgrades but continues to face challenges in managing high customer volume and maintaining consistent service standards.
Jollibee Alabang Junction looks great now. It's been a year since my last visit to this branch. The ambiance is different now, more modern an cozy. I'm glad they decided to renovate it to keep up with the trends of other branches. The counter is now on the left side, right as you walk in. They also added self-order kiosks. The takeout window at the side is not accessible yet, so they made us go inside to order. Looking forward to dining in next time. It might be even better if there weren’t too many obstructions in front of the bldg. I was thinking it would be nicer if there were landscaping in front of the carpark. But yeah, I guess that’s something that’s far off for now.
Ordered a 4 pieces Chickenjoy Family Box Solo and 1 piece Chickenjoy Spicy w/ Jolly Spaghetti w/ Drink. The pictures shown should include at least 2 fried chicken thighs, but I received NONE. So that was a disappointment. Otherwise the packaging was nice. Food arrived safely and was still hot and crispy in my hands.
Jollibee Alabang Branch has long existed since the 1980s, or 40 years up to 2024 and still counting. The layout as of 2024 has been refurbished by widening the dining area and the inclusion of tap the menu screen. The quality of food remains the same, but the parking is small and limited. Since it is a 24-hour branch, expect the crowd to be larger and the waiting time is longer. The toilets may improve a little bit. The second floor is usually closed for a private function or meeting, but it is disadvantageous if it keeps on going, as the crowd-customers are getting larger. The branch is owned by the Trece Ideal Foods Corporation, where the accounting office is located at the back of the Jollibee store. The establishments at the back of Jollibee is a compound owned by the Lee Group of Conpanies where Trece Ideal Foods is part of the company group.
Pretty crowded. But with a pay parking area for customers. Spaghetti and chicken joy still my favorite. The crispy chicken sandwich is not as good as before. The peach mango pie still a must have for dessert. This branch though gets pretty crowded and not as clean as other stores and looks a little understaffed.
Newly renovated with cleaner, bigger and aesthetic touch. They also have Rider's Area, Drive Thru and Take Out. Order process became faster as they already have kiosk machines. Waiting time is around 10-20 mins.
